In plain English: We collect only what is necessary to run Laddoo. We never sell your data. We never share your photos with third parties. You can delete your account and all data at any time from inside the app.
1. What We Collect
- Phone number — Used for OTP-based authentication. This is how we identify your account.
- Profile photo — Uploaded so we can place your photo on design templates. Stored securely in a private bucket.
- Usage analytics — Anonymous, aggregated usage patterns (screens visited, features used) to help us improve the app. No personal identifiers are attached.
- Device info — Device model, OS version, and app version for crash diagnostics and compatibility.
2. How We Use It
- Personalise designs — Your photo is overlaid onto Good Morning wishes, devotional images, and festival greetings so they are ready to share on WhatsApp.
- Process payments — Your subscription status is tracked so we can grant you access to premium templates.
- Improve the app — Anonymous analytics help us understand which features matter most and where to invest next.
3. What We Don’t Do
We never sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.
We never share your photos with anyone outside the services that render your designs.
We never spam you. You control your notification preferences from your device settings.
4. Razorpay (Payments)
All payments — including the ₹99/month and ₹699/year subscription plans — are processed by Razorpay via UPI AutoPay. We never see or store your UPI PIN, bank account details, or card information. Razorpay handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

5. Supabase (Data Storage)
Your account data, profile photos, and subscription records are stored on Supabase infrastructure in secure, SOC 2-compliant data centres. We use Row Level Security (RLS) so your data is accessible only to you. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.

6. Your Rights
- Delete account — Tap Settings → Delete Account inside the app. All your data — photos, designs, subscription records — will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
- Export data — Email us at hello@laddoo.ai and we will provide a copy of all data associated with your account within 7 business days.
- Correction — You can update your profile photo and preferences at any time from within the app.
