Transparent billing, no tricks. Laddoo uses Razorpay UPI AutoPay for subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app — no calls, no forms, no waiting. We believe if you want to leave, it should be easy.
The table below outlines when refunds are available.

| Technical issue preventing use | Full refund | If a bug or technical problem on our end prevents you from using the service, you are entitled to a full refund for that billing period. |
| Accidental purchase | Case by case | Contact us with details. We will review each case individually and do our best to help. |
| Used service for 7+ days | No refund | After 7 days of active use within a billing period, refunds are not available. |
| Cancelled mid-cycle | No partial refund | You retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days. |
To request a refund, send an email to hello@laddoo.ai with the following details:
We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Cancel from the app: Go to Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel. This revokes the UPI AutoPay mandate and no future charges will be made.
Cancel from your bank app: You can also revoke the mandate directly from your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) under Mandates or AutoPay settings.
Either way, once cancelled, you will not be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
