1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Laddoo (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. The Service
Laddoo provides WhatsApp-ready designs featuring your photo. You can create and share Good Morning wishes, devotional images, and festival greetings personalised with your profile picture. The service is operated by the team behind laddoo.ai.
3. User Accounts
- You sign in using your phone number via a one-time password (OTP).
- One account per phone number. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at hello@laddoo.ai.
4. Subscriptions
Plans: ₹99/month or ₹699/year, billed via Razorpay UPI AutoPay.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription from inside the app under Settings → Manage Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
5. User Content
- Photos you upload remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.
- Your photos are used solely for rendering them onto design templates within the App.
- We do not sell, license, or share your photos with third parties.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your photos for the purpose of delivering the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload or share offensive, illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service’s infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
- Templates — All design templates, illustrations, and graphics within Laddoo are the intellectual property of Laddoo and may not be extracted, resold, or redistributed.
- Your designs — Designs generated with your photo are yours to share freely on WhatsApp, social media, or any platform for personal and non-commercial use.
8. Termination
- By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
- By you: You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Laddoo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
